Small Steps, Big Changes: Reflections on 21 Days of Growth

As this challenge comes to a close, I’m reminded of the incredible power of small, intentional steps. Over the years, I’ve taken on this journey several times, tackling everything from getting outside more and staying hydrated to quitting smoking and vaping. Each time, I’m struck by the same truth: change happens one small step at a time.

This year, I committed to daily yoga and meditation to shift a stressed and negative mindset. After 21 days, I feel lighter, more grounded, and hopeful for what’s ahead. Nadine, our Executive Director, took on her own challenge by eliminating the news in the morning—a small but significant adjustment that brought more clarity and peace to her day that you can read more about here.

These small changes may not seem life-altering at first glance, but they build over time. They are the foundation for bigger transformations.
