What Is This?

For 13 years, RISE TOGETHER has been creating spaces where people can show up as they are—no pressure, no pretending.

RISE TOGETHER Day is our annual anniversary fundraiser in Appleton, Wisconsin—bringing together leaders and community members for a powerful evening of:

  • Live music + performances
  • Storytelling + spoken word
  • Real conversations + connection
  • A space built on belonging, not judgment

This isn’t just an event.

It’s what happens when a community chooses to show up for each other.

Why This Event Matters

Community connection is prevention.

For over a decade, RISE has worked alongside young people to reduce isolation, increase help-seeking, and build stronger, more connected communities.

This day represents what’s possible when people are given the space to be seen, heard, and supported.

This year isn’t about luck by chance… It’s about everything it took to get here.
